Summary
When a regional crisis hits, how do international teams deal with it? How you respond during a crisis will have a lasting effect on the dynamics on your international team, and potentially on your company’s image around the world.
In times of crisis (current coronavirus started the topic), what’s the best way to respond to colleagues and customers by country? Are masks shipped to colleagues a good idea based on culture? What are good words/words of encouragement by culture when these things hit? Gush, be moderately encouraging, don’t say anything?
